Salini reaches 92,08% of Impregilo and announces that in the next 90 days it will restore a free float sufficient to guarantee regular trading.
During the reopening of the terms of adhesion to the voluntary and total takeover bid, the Roman builder obtained 22.285.665 shares, equal to 7,89% of the shares involved in the offer and 5,54% of Impregilo's ordinary share capital. All for one total value of 89.142.660 euros.
Payment (4 euros for each share) will take place on 2 May. "The ordinary shares will remain listed," reads the note from Salini.
Today at the opening of Piazza Affari, the shares of Impregilo travel in the red by almost one and a half points.
