Olivetti has a new CEO. Tim announces it in a note, specifying that the board of directors of the subsidiary, meeting on Wednesday under the chairmanship of Giovanni Ronca, has chosen as the new number one Quang Ngo Dinh, who had joined the Tim group exactly two years ago.
Born in Rome in 1978, the new CEO of Olivetti worked in the telecommunications sector for about 15 years, during which he held various positions in sales and marketing, in Wind and later in Vodafone.
In Vodafone Italia, in 2014 he was appointed business marketing director and in 2016 consumer marketing director. In 2018 he assumed the role of Vice President of Marketing and Digital of Alitalia.
In Tim, since September 2019, he has assumed both marketing and retail sales responsibilities reporting directly to the chief revenue officer.
Quang Ngo Dinh takes the place of Roberto Tundo, who will leave the group to cover new managerial positions.
