Stellar Workshop: cosmic debut at Piazza Affari (+65%)

Debut with a bang in Piazza Affari for Star Workshop. On its first day of listing on the Aim market of Borsa Italiana, the stock snatches up by more than 65% in less than two hours of trading, reaching 9,929 euros, after a passage in the volatility auction at 10 euros. The listing price was 6 euros.

As the name suggests, Officina Stellare is a company specialized in the design and production of telescopes and optical and aerospace instrumentation.

The IPO involved 866.749 ordinary shares, for a total value of approx 5,2 million euro. At the time of admission to trading, the free float was equal to 15,75% of the share capital.

“We embarked on the adventure of being listed on the Stock Exchange with a precise objective – he said John Dal Lago, CEO and co-founder of Officina Stellare – strengthen our positioning to establish ourselves internationally as a Space Factory of reference, internally equipped with all the necessary tools to respond effectively to the demands of the New Space Economy".

The proceeds of the IPO, added Dal Lago, "will be destined for important new investments to increase production capacity, strengthen our commitment to research and innovation, and to support marketing and our growth strategy, both organic and for external lines".
