The economic prospects of the most advanced countries continue to improve. This is demonstrated by the OECD super-index for December which continues to launch positive signals, "focusing on solid economic growth in the United States and the United Kingdom and higher than expected growth in Japan".
Restricting the field to the Eurozone, Italy's advance stands out, reporting an annual progress of 2,61%, to 101,3 points, becoming the symbol of the "positive change underway" noted by the OECD. The monthly increase, slowing down compared to the previous two months, was instead 0,14%. The currency union super index came in at 101,1, up 0,17% from the previous month. Germany and France also grew, at 100,8 and 100,5 respectively.
