Oceano Immobiliare: the offer for Blackstone's Atlantic 320 fund rises to 1 euros per share

The Consideration for the total voluntary purchase offer (the "Offer") promoted by Oceano Immobiliare S.à rl, indirectly controlled by a group of real estate investment funds promoted and managed by The Blackstone Group LP (the "Offeror") , on the units of the Atlantic 1 Fund – Closed-end Real Estate Investment Fund (the “Fund”) managed by IDeA FIMIT SGR SpA (“SGR”) and Consob resolution no. 18815 of March 3, 2014, has increased from €295,55 in cash for each share to €320,00 in cash for each share. Consequently, the maximum total disbursement that the Offeror will be required to pay pursuant to the Offer in the event that the unitholders tender all the units of the Fund in acceptance, is equal to €159.394.880.
