The solution of a two-speed Europe, the result of the nighttime consultations in Brussels between the top leaders of the Union, does not seem to have convinced the markets. The differential between the yield of the BTP and the ten-year Bundi has already flown after the first few minutes of trading. A few minutes ago the spread touched the maximum of 469 basis points, but now it is already decreasing.
even the differential between the Spanish Bonos and the German Bunds opened with a strong increase, touching i 397 basis points, almost 20 more than the opening value.
Instead, it remains stable, around 137 points, the French spread, which four days ago was back below the 100 bps threshold.
