“Banco BPM – explains a note – has always invested in strengthening prevention policies, to improve safety and health in the workplace, in the rational use of energy and in the development of environmental policies aimed at containing consumption, the reduction of waste and the fight against climate change. In this context, at the end of 2019, the path to obtain the three ISO certifications, which ended successfully. This milestone is particularly significant because it was achieved in a complex year, due to the pandemic emergency".

“With these certifications – he commented Salvatore Poloni, Co-General Manager of Banco BPM – one of the objectives set out in the Business Plan in the ESG area is achieved. The result achieved confirms the excellent work done by colleagues who worked to maintain a very high level of standards in terms of health and safety, environmental and energy management. This bears witness to the importance that these issues have always had for Banco BPM, a strategic choice that has also proved to be fundamental in managing such a delicate moment as the one we are experiencing".
