Cherry 106, a financial intermediary active in the purchase, management and collection of non-performing loans, participates in the establishment of Cherry Legal Srl, a company between lawyers. The new company – the third born in eight months by the banker, manager and entrepreneur John Bossi after Cherry e Cherry 106 – will carry out, especially once the acute phase of the Covid-19 emergency has passed, legal activities for the judicial recovery of credits, assistance in the due diligence phase for the purchase of non-performing credit portfolios and any related extrajudicial legal activities to the Cherry 106 business model.
The coordination of Cherry Legal will be entrusted to the Lawyers Renata Castellan and Irene Pirelli Marti, members of the new initiative, who will also be able to count on the solid structure of Cherry 106 made up of lawyers, collaborators and specialists in credit management as well as on the network of consultants throughout the country.
Cherry Legal will allow the Cherry 106 team's experience in purchasing and credit management to be combined with vertical skills in terms of legal collection. The goal is to identify innovative management solutions, with a significant increase in process efficiency and a reduction in the execution times of the assignments.
