Maria Enrico Danese has been appointed as head of the Institutional Communications, Sustainability Projects & Sponsorship Function, effective immediately. Danese, who until now held the position ad interim, definitively takes the place of Simone Cantagallo released in December – one of the highlights of the team of former CEO, Luigi Gubitosi. The new head of Institutional Communication will report directly to Pietro Labriola, the current CEO and general manager of the Italian telephone company.
Danese boasts a long experience in the Tim Group. She joined in 1996 and executive since 2001, she has held managerial positions in various fields, from marketing to regulation, from customer experience to sustainability, acquiring an excellent knowledge of the company. In 2020, she becomes head of the Group's "Sustainability projects and Institutional Digital Channels" function, as well as joining the Board of Directors of Tim Ventures.
