The data were released today by the Finnish group, which published the "proxy statement", i.e. the power of attorney document and the report to shareholders in view of the vote on the two recent maxi extraordinary transactions: the purchase of the Siemens stake in Nsn e the sale of the telephony business to Microsoft.
Nokia announces that it will publish its results for the third quarter and the first nine months of the year on October 29, while the extraordinary shareholders' meeting will be held on November 19 in Helsinki.
