The four “good banks” created with the rescue of Banca Etruria, Marche Bank, Dear Chieti e Dear Ferrara they will be sold "before the beginning of the summer", but it has not yet been decided whether the sale will be carried out in a single package or with separate transactions. This was announced yesterday by the president of the institutes, Robert Nicastro, during the meeting with the trade unions. The news was released by the general secretary of Fabi, Lando Maria Sileoni, at the end of the meeting with the top management of the banks.
“We – added Sileoni, who yesterday was at the table with the general secretaries of Fisac-Cgil, First-Cisl, Uilca and Unisin – asked for employment protection for the workers of the four banks and for those of the satellite companies. Employment protection is a priority”.
