Neymar is one step away from PSG for record figures. The bill for the operation reaches 600 million: 222 for the release clause plus 20% in taxes, 40 for the father-agent's commission and 30 a year for the player for 5 years. Net - with taxes it reaches 60 -, excluding bonuses, prizes and various benefits.
Neymar would then collect 300 million from Qatar Sports Investment - not yet from PSG - as compensation for the role of ambassador for the 2022 World Cup and would use part of it to pay the clause to Barcelona. In essence, he would buy himself, and then present himself to PSG as a free agent. In this way, all the rules on financial fair play would be circumvented.
Meanwhile, Neymar is in China, where he took part in a couple of events organized by some sponsors wearing the No. 11 Barcelona shirt with his name on it.
