The Made in Italy portal will be born in September

Two MiSE initiatives will start shortly: export in one click, to simplify export procedures and an e-commerce portal of Made in Italy. In October the states general for foreign trade

In the general absence of good news on support for exports (on the suppression of the ICE we will return soon with a comment not without criticism), at least something is moving.

The undersecretary of the Ministry of Economic Development, with responsibility for foreign trade, the Hon. Catia Polidori, with today's press release (attached here) underlining the good performance of our exports also in the month of June (even if the energy bill keeps our trade balance in deficit), announces three new things:

1.      the departure, on July 25, of "export in one click", the virtual counter for the simplification of practices for internationalization, which will allow companies to knock on a single electronic door for all the necessary bureaucratic formalities;

2.      il launch of the virtual shop (www.madeinitaly.gov.it) which from September will allow our companies to sell their products online all over the world. The portal was conceived by the Ministry of Economic Development, created by RetItalia Internazionale (ICT services company of the same Ministry) and will be managed by the Poste Italiane group;

3.      the convening of working groups thematic preparatory to the general states of foreign trade. These general statements will be held at the end of next October, with all the players involved (ministries, regions, banks, businesses) and will serve to take stock of the situation of our foreign trade and its regulations, and - we hope - to give some answers to our thirst for new initiatives and new tools to relaunch Italian exports and investments.
