It is born Fenera & Partners SGR, new independent Manager of global Alternative Funds, specialized in Private Equity and Private Debt. The new company, based in Turin, was born from an idea of Giacomo Stratta and Pietro Mazza Midana, with around 15 years of experience in the selection of Private Equity and Private Debt investments accrued in Fenera Holding.
In addition to management, the corporate structure includes Fenera Holding, Banca Sella Holding and Banca Patrimoni Sella & C. The entry of other institutional partners is expected. Chairman of the Board of Directors of the SGR is Alberto Savio; The Chief Executive Officer is Giacomo Stratta.
Among the next steps of the SGR, the launch of the first three alternative funds: a fund of private equity funds, private debt fund of funds it's a real estate private equity fund of funds, all with a global approach.
The goal is to intercept the growing interest of Italian private and institutional investors in Alternative Investments and in asset classes that guarantee broad diversification and real de-correlation from the volatile performance of listed financial markets, while remaining linked to fundamentals of the real economy.
