The Pantheon Group, controlled by the Permira Funds, announces today that it has unified all its subsidiaries under the new Althea brand, presented last night at the Milan Triennale. The rebranding process, which fits fully into the Group's commercial strategies, aims to create a single corporate culture capable of enhancing the various business experiences.
Althea is currently the pan-European leader in integrated clinical engineering services, thanks to the adoption of increasingly innovative solutions for the management of medical technologies. Althea, which aims to become the global independent leader in its reference market, was born from the merger of eight companies acquired by Pantheon from 2014 to today, all highly specialized in different healthcare segments:
– Higèa and TBS Group, among the major European players in the maintenance of medical technologies for public and private healthcare facilities;
– Asteral, a British company specializing in the acquisition, management and renewal of the technological park of entire hospital departments;
– MESA, MVS, Spintech and Sigil, multi-vendor service providers for diagnostic imaging systems;
– ESA, active in the reconditioning of diagnostic imaging systems in the US market.
