From 25 January 2019 tivùsat launches NASA TV into the world of 4K, the satellite television network that offers viewers breathtaking images from space and interplanetary missions.

NASA TV broadcasts images of great impact and very high quality: footage from the orbiting NASA space station, of daily life aboard the station, images of the solar system, live footage of the launches of the various missions and a series of documentaries made by NASA from first space explorations up to the most recent missions. An excellent mix of 4K technical quality and content, a feast for the eyes and an interesting knowledge tool.

Tivùsat has more than 3,4 million active smartcards and 108 channels, of which 40 in HD and 4 channels in 4K-UltraHD which improve the user's visual experience with a completely new feeling of involvement, greater details, more colors brilliant, greater sense of depth.
In fact, 4K (Ultra HD) has more defined shapes and a resolution up to four times higher than high definition, almost giving the idea of ​​immersing yourself in the screen.

Accessing tivùsat is simple and does not require any type of subscription. To be able to watch broadcasts in 4K, all you need is a satellite dish oriented towards Eutelsat Hotbird 13° East and a 4k tivùsat decoder or a tivùsat CAM to be connected to a 4K TV.
The tivùsat smartcard is included in the decoder or CAM package and must be activated.
