The President of the Republic, Giorgio Napolitano, has clear ideas: we will vote "in April 2013" to elect the new Parliament. Thus stated the Head of State in one of the salient passages of the press release released by the Quirinale, which clearly lets us understand how Napolitano thinks about the hypothesis of early dissolution of the Chambers.

The President therefore said concerned about the growing tensions in Parliament, which would tend to jeopardize the duration of the current government until spring 2013: “It is worrying that at the same time reasons for conflict and political controversy are growing between the forces on which the current government rests".
