Naples, music of solidarity with the choir "Musique Esperance - Legal notes"

The musical partnership directed by Maestro Paolo Acunzo returns to perform in Portici. An evening dedicated to peace and tolerance.

Naples, music of solidarity with the choir "Musique Esperance - Legal notes"

For more than 20 years it has been one of the most active polyphonic choirs in Italy. He has given over 200 concerts and sung in the Vatican in front of Pope Francis and the President Emeritus of the Republic Giorgio Napolitano. He has been on tour in France, Spain, Croatia, Austria, Germany with a refined repertoire, always renewed, inspired by solidarity and friendship between peoples. The "Music Esperance - Note Legal "  makes to perform tomorrow 3 May in Portici , a stone's throw from Naples, in the Parish of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus in Via Dalbono. An important, awaited, traditionally prepared event, a few weeks after the other great performance in the Sanità district of Naples together with the Sanitansamble youth symphony orchestra. The same one who then sang for President Sergio Mattarella on his visit to the city.

Bottom the direction of Master Paul Acunzo e the organizational coordination of Anna Roberto,  more than 50 singerswill perform sacred, operatic, classical Neapolitan and popular music. Paolo Acunzo is the artistic soul of this association, convinced as he is, as an expert musician, that musical practice helps everyone to approach legality and tolerance. Young and old. With the Sanitaensamble project he is obtaining flattering results among the kids of the historic Neapolitan district. With the adult choir "Musique Esperance - Legal Notes", on the other hand, he contributes to the diffusion of musical language as a socio-artistic and cultural aggregation pole. An exciting commitment to the service of human rights and peace. But also a bridge of understanding and mutual support between the different generations. Something that only music can create. And in a reality like the Neapolitan one where the need for redemption is perceived in a thousand ways, it is no small thing.

In 1998 a group of singing lovers from Nola discovered the unitary movement Musique Esperance born in Argentina a few years earlier. In 1982, the pianist Miguel Angel Estrella had created the NGO of the same name to spread messages of peace and coexistence. A world without borders, more supportive, more human based on music, supported by artists from different countries. The message and the values expand up to reaching UNESCO which appreciates and establishes collaborative relationships with the NGO. Subsequently, Giordano Bruno's Musique Esperance of the city joins the choral group Legal notes of Portici. Another virtuous team committed to social issues and legality based in the "Free Association" of Don Luigi Ciotti. The Neapolitan ensemble so united in its concerts never misses an opportunity to affirm universal values based on voluntary and amateur commitment. Their concerts continue to fascinate and involve thousands of spectators both when they perform sacred songs and symphonic or popular pieces. Acunzo and the singers get excited at every performance. The Zingarelle choir and Verdi's Va' pensiero, Mozart's Ave Verum, Puccini's closed mouth choir, Offenbach's Barcarolle, combined with 'O sole mio, Era di maggio, Alla fiera by Mast'Andrea are the musical and singing figure of original interpretations. Tomorrow we will hear them again.
