Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena launches "Mps MIO in promotion" the new mortgage to buy or renovate a house. Eleonora Cola, Head of the Banca Mps Retail Department, explains:

MPS MIO LOAN IN PROMOTION - MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
Mps Mio mortgage in promotion, reserved for both existing customers and new customers, covers up to 80% of the value of the property offered as collateral (amount from 50.000 to 350.000 euros), with a term of between 10 and 30 years. You can choose between a fixed rate and a floating rate
Fixed rate
The fixed rate (IRS period letter plus spread) is diversified according to the duration and the Loan to Value LTV (80% and 50%) and remains unchanged for the entire duration of the loan.
Variable Rate
The variable rate is equal to the 6-month Euribor 360 rate plus a diversified spread depending on the duration of the loan, starting from 0,50% with LTV up to 50% and from 0,80% with LTV up to 80%.
