Rupert Murdoch returns to the field to negotiate the birth of a new joint venture with Apollo global management, owner of Endemol. The tycoon, who owns 21st Century Fox, is grappling with a new negotiation with Apollo which should lead to the creation of a joint venture, which will include the producer of "Big Brother": Endemol.
For now there is talk of preliminary negotiations and Murdoch holds back: "There can be no assurance that the proposed transaction will be completed", or "there is no certainty that the proposed transaction will go through", but the rumors circulating in the world of business and in the financial community are insistent and confirm the willingness to find an agreement on both sides. The distribution of roles and offices is still uncertain. The only certain thing is that, once the deal is concluded, 21st Century Fox and Apollo global management will jointly manage the new television giant.
