The issuer has entrusted the mandate for the transaction to a pool of banks made up of Banca IMI, Jp Morgan, Mediobanca, Mps Capital Services and Rbs and is planning a medium-term bond. The new collection of Mps is part of the Emtn program in euro.
Around 16,30 pm the stock rose by 0,99%.
