Thus the president of the Cariplo Foundation, Giuseppe Guzzetti, replied to those who asked him if the Cariplo Foundation was interested in taking over the shares of the MPS Foundation in the Sienese bank. In recent weeks, press rumors had hypothesized an intervention by the Milanese institution in support of the Tuscan one.
However, Guzzetti calls himself out and on the sidelines of a press conference on volunteering he explains: "I'm not from the game." And then he adds: "We are brought into play everywhere because we have big assets and the others say we have the money".
