The first meeting of the new Board of Directors of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena has concluded. All the directors appointed by the Shareholders' Meeting of 27 April were present: Alessandro Profumo (Chairman), Fabrizio Viola, Paola Demartini, Angelo Dringoli, Tania Groppi, Marco Turchi (Vice-Chairman), Lorenzo Gorgoni, Turiddo Campaini (Vice-Chairman), Alberto Giovanni Aleotti, Michele Briamonte, Pietro Giovanni Corsa, Frédéric Marie de Courtois d'Arcollières and the standing auditors Paolo Salvadori (Chairman), Paola Serpi and Claudio Gasperini Signorini.
The BoD resolved to appoint the current General Manager Fabrizio Viola also as Chief Executive Officer of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena Spa.
In today's session, the Executive Committee was also set up, which will include Alessandro Profumo, Fabrizio Viola, Marco Turchi, Turiddo Campaini, Alberto Giovanni Aleotti, Lorenzo Gorgoni.
