Morgan Stanley Corp has communicated to Consob that it holds an aggregate shareholding in Banca Popolare di Milano equal to 5,559% as of 11 November last.
The stake, held indirectly through the subsidiaries Morgan Stanley & Co International and Morgan Stanley & Co Llc, is represented by shares with voting rights for 0,019%, plus a potential stake of 0,898% (shares subject to securities lending agreements with the possibility repayment at any time at the discretion of the lender and which do not have a pre-established maturity) and other long positions with cash settlement equal to 4,642% (equity swaps with different maturities between 2 February and 3 October 2018).
