The Moncler group, known above all for the production of down jackets, should land in Piazza Affari in the second week of December. This was reported by financial sources to Radiocor, indicating December 10 as the possible date of the debut.
The fashion company had presented the request for listing on October 14th. A minority stake, around 30%, will be placed on the market and the shares will be sold by the Eurazeo fund through Ecip, (which entered the capital two years ago by purchasing 45% of the shares), the Carlyle group (through the subsidiary Cep III) and Progressio Investments (with Brand Partners 2). The IPO will be managed by the advisors Lazard and Claudio Costamagna and by the placers Merrill Lynch, Mediobanca, Goldman Sachs, Banca IMI, Jp Morgan and Ubs.
