After the OK from Borsa Italiana spa to the listing, Moleskine has also obtained approval for the registration document from Consob preparatory to listing, pursuant to the Issuers' Regulations. This was announced by the same company that produces the famous black notebooks. The document in question is the first stage of the prospectus to request authorization for the IPO.
The company note also announces the preliminary results for 2012: the press release states that sales have increased by 17% compared to 2011 and operating profitability is expected to be "in line with historical results".
