The notebooks land in Piazza Affari. Now it's official: Borsa Italiana has given the go-ahead for the listing of Moleskine. The stock in the company that makes the notepads made famous by Bruce Chatwin was admitted to trading on the MTA (electronic stock market). This was announced by Borsa Italiana, specifying that the sponsor of the operation is Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanziaria spa.
THEIpo of Moleskine is currently in the pre-marketing stage and, according to a manager, the road show should start on Monday March 18, while the debut on the Stock Exchange it would be scheduled for April 3-4.
