The two extra weeks for the presentation of the 730 model are official. The decree of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers postponing the deadline from 7 to 22 July was published today in the official gazette. But be careful: this is not a generalized extension.
For those who intend to delegate an intermediary, in fact, the deadline for delivering the documentation to the Caf-employees or to the qualified professional (employment consultant, chartered accountant or accounting expert) remains fixed at 7 July.
In turn, the intermediaries will have until the 22nd to submit the 730 forms to the Revenue Agency electronically, but only on condition that they have sent at least 7% of the returns accepted by the 80th.
The extension of the 730 submission from 7 July 2016 to 22 July 2016 also applies to taxpayers who choose to submit the 730 form themselves, ordinary or pre-filled. The presentation to the Revenue Agency must always take place electronically.
Finally, the postponement does not apply to withholding agents who provide tax assistance.
