Fashion: Curiel signs a deal with Redstone

Curiel, a brand active in the fashion sector founded in 1960 by Raffaella Curiel, has signed an agreement with the Chinese of Redstone aimed at promoting its growth and conquering international markets.

Going into detail, the company Curiel srl, which owns about ten brands including the leading ones Raffaella Curiel and Gigliola Curiel, has entered into an agreement with the Redstone holding company for the establishment of a newco, Curiel Ltd, which will merge all the brands and the company archive.

The Curiel family and Redstone will be shareholders and Raffaella and Gigliola Curiel will continue to design the maison's garments.

The joint venture is aimed in particular at strengthening the Curiel brands internationally, starting from the Chinese market. The first atelier will be inaugurated shortly in Milan, in the Quadrilatero. But the fashion house is already planning new openings in Shanghai, New York, Paris and London.
