Thursday morning the Council of Ministers approved the Milleproroghe decree and completed the government team with the appointment of deputy ministers and undersecretaries. The go-ahead for the traditional end-of-year provision was confirmed via Twitter by the Minister of Public Administration, Marianna Madia, who also announced the most awaited extension: that of one year for temporary workers in the PA.

The problem concerned the 40 workers in the public administration: a provision of the Jobs Act, in fact, forbade the renewal of fixed-term contracts and collaborations with the Public Administration. In fact, the validity of the rankings of public competitions was also extended by one year (4.471 winners and 151.378 eligible).
With the new decree comes another postponement invoked by many, the one that has to do with the radiators. In extremis, the government extended by 6 months, from 31 December 2016 to 30 June 2017, the deadline within which it is mandatory to install the so-called "thermostatic valves”, also known as “thermovalves”, or the technology that allows you to adjust and account for the intensity of heat in each apartment, reducing waste and consumption.
Satisfied with Confedilizia, which a few days ago had launched an appeal to the Government to report how in many condominiums it was not possible to meet the deadline of the end of December "due to the delay with which the decree was approved which modified the applicable rules and of the material impossibility for companies to satisfy the innumerable requests”.
