Sled the increase in motorway tolls. This is the most significant measure contained in the draft Milleproroghe decree 2020, the last provision of the year, expected on the table of the Council of Ministers on Saturday. In particular, the text states that the concessionaires will have six months more time, until June 30, to adjust the motorway tariffs to the updating of the economic-financial plans. The increase should have taken place in January.
GREEN BONUS
The text is made up of a total of 37 articles and provides for about a hundred references. Among them, it also crops up the green bonus: initially the government seemed intent on canceling this measure, introduced in 2018, while now it has decided to extend it also to 2020. This is an Irpef deduction of 36% on a maximum expenditure of 5 thousand euros (therefore the maximum tax credit is 1.800 euros) to renovate balconies, courtyards and gardens.
AGCOM AND GUARANTOR OF PRIVACY
Extension coming also for the president of Agcom (Angelo Cardani) and for the guarantor of privacy (Antonello Soro). The two mandates have expired for several months and the prorogatio regime now in force will end in both cases on 31 December, but given that Parliament cannot find an agreement on the appointment of successors, a further extension will come until March 31.
PUBLIC RECRUITMENTS
As far as employment contracts are concerned, the Milleproroghe also contains a series of assumptions in various bodies of the State (Corte dei Conti, Consiglio di Stato, Tar) and 2.315 new entries in five years for the Police Forces. Precarious public administration jobs stabilized until 2021.
LIGHT AND GAS BILLS: SLIDING THE END OF THE GREATER PROTECTION
News coming also for electricity and gas bills, with the end of the enhanced protection regime is sled again, this time from 2020 July XNUMX as of January 2022, XNUMX. The rule had to converge via amendment in the manoeuvre, but was then removed and now reappears in the Milleproroghe.
