Milan, ATM strike: timetables and info

A four-hour strike will involve city and suburban public transport, but at different times – Atm and Net staff stop – All the information on today's protest.

After Rome it is the turn of Milan. The unions have called for today, Thursday 14 September, an ATM staff strike, the city's public transport company. 

These are the protest times: from 18.00 to 22.00. Expected inconvenience in the stations and risky journeys of buses, trams and subways.

At the basis of the strike, called by CUB Trasporti, the will to protest against the possibility that the management of public transport in Milan is assigned through a tender instead of directly to Atm

Net staff will also participate in the strike (Nord Est Trasporti), the company owned by Atm which deals with suburban public transport in the province of Milan and in Monza. Services at risk from 16.30pm to 20.30pm in Monza and from 18pm to 22pm on extra-urban lines.
