Numerous furnishings created in the 50s by the Milanese architecture studio BBPR (Lodovico Barbiano di Belgiojoso – Enrico Peressutti – Ernesto Nathan Rogers) achieved record results, including the diamond-shaped console table in green marble from the Alps sold for € 57.500 starting from an estimate of €6.000/8.000 and the monumental chandelier in brass and molded glass, sold for €55.000 with a starting estimate of €7.000/8.000.
Also worth mentioning are the eight drawings and autographed letters by Gio Ponti in A4 format, sent to an editor of Domus magazine, sold for €11.875 starting from an auction base of €2.200/2.500
The auction, very rich and diversified with more than 300 objects and furnishings by internationally renowned Italian and foreign designers, particularly highlighted the public's interest in designer design.
