They have been snapped up 210 apartments of the Milano City Village project, promoted by the company AbitareIn Spa, listed on AIM Italia and active in residential real estate development. Four promotional campaigns had been designed to encourage the purchase of the apartments in the new complex a few steps away from Viale Umbria and Porta Romana, but only two were needed and the project was concluded well a year earlier than forecast by AbitareIn.
The 210 apartments of Milano City Village will comprise two newly constructed buildings: the City Plaza and the City Garden, both located in via Tacito, and which will be completed by July 2021. The creation of a park-garden of over 6.000 mXNUMX will be an integral part of the project.
Overall, the value of the preliminary contracts signed as part of the initiative is over 78 million euro to which will be added, during 2019, the revenues from the sales of the exclusive Penthouses and garages envisaged by the project.
The second promotional campaign ended on 24 November and envisaged the marketing of the 100 housing units of City Garden and the 13 apartments of City Plaza not yet sold, with the exception of the exclusive Penthouses, for which AbitareIn has reserved the opportunity to forecast a dedicated marketing campaign.
The total value of the contracts signed in the second campaign is €44 million, with €13,5 million in contractual advances and of which €4,8 million already collected upon signing the preliminary agreements. Finally, 14 irrevocable so-called "overbooked" proposals were collected from some customers on the waiting list.
