Positive day for Milano Assicurazioni, which recorded an increase of 3,59%, after the merger deed, stipulated on 31 December, to incorporate Unipol, Milano Assicurazioni and Premafin into Fondiaria-Sai.
The merger will be effective from January 6th. The new entity will be called UnipolSai.
According to the Teleborsa Research Office, the comparison of the stock with the FTSE Italia Mid Cap, on a weekly basis, shows the greater relative strength of Milano Assicurazioni with respect to the index, highlighting the concrete attractiveness of the stock by buyers. The short-term implications of the insurer underline the evolution of the positive phase in the test of the 0,831 Euro resistance area. A descent to the bottom 0,8 is possible. A strengthening of the curve is expected on the test of new 0,862 targets.
