Milan, Inter, Juve: here are the market scenarios

Milan must solve the Donnarumma puzzle and replace Ibra - Inter must resist the assault on Lautaro and sell Icardi - Juve must think about how to replace Higuain

Milan, Inter, Juve: here are the market scenarios

A revolutionary market. This is what awaits us once the Coronavirus emergency is over, whether our local clubs manage to finish the season or whether they have to raise the white flag. Whatever happens though there will be a space for more or less long negotiations (Fifa has even proposed a window from July to the end of December), useful, not to mention fundamental, in order to move squads and above all budgets. What is certain is that there will be no crazy spending, but this does not mean that the market will not give emotions: the best ideas, in fact, are born in moments like this… Let's start by saying that everyone, without exception, is already at work hunt for shots for the respective teams, even if the property, at the moment, has contract renewals.

This is the case of Milan, engaged in Donnarumma-Ibrahimovic story: the goalkeeper, expiring in 2021, represents the main asset of the squad, the forward, whose commitment expires in June of this year, is just as important, at least on a technical level. The real battle is played above all on Gigio, whose market value, in the light of the current situation, is dangerously declining. Via Aldo Rossi knows it well, which is why the first option is to renew as soon as possible, however keeping in mind the backup solution, i.e. the sale in the summer: the third choice, i.e. staying without extension, is completely unpopular because it would represent a sensational own goal. On Ibra, however, the games seem to be done: the Swede, barring sensational twists, will not only leave Milan but all football played.

In fact, his future, once the Rossoneri bis experience is over, is alongside Mino Raiola in the unprecedented role of agent, the only one who really tickles him once his football career is over. It is no coincidence that Milan he is already moving on the replacement, which could be Milik. The Pole, who expires with Napoli in 2021, has not yet found an agreement with De Laurentiis and, beyond the facade declarations, he is ever closer to saying goodbye. The Azzurri estimate him at around 40 million, a figure that Gazidis plans to lower, in the light of a much more favorable contract for the buyer than the seller. We'll see what happens, the market for tips certainly promises to be very interesting. The most uncertain match is being played on the Milan-Paris-Barcelona axis, with Turin in the background.

Let's go in order and start fromBarça assault on Lautaro, certified by the Catalan newspapers, but also by the president Bartomeu and the former ds Braida. The Blaugranas will try to negotiate the price by inserting some counterpart, in an attempt not to pay all the 110 million of the rescission clause, perhaps to keep something for Neymar, the other great goal of the house. It is difficult for the Nerazzurri to accept, unless Arthur ends up on the plate, a midfielder very welcome to Conte but considered non-transferable. However, Inter will wait, because much of his strategy depends on Icardi: if PSG redeems him, the position on Lautaro would be decidedly more solid. However, there is always Juve in the background, both in the case of a redemption and a return to base.

Of course, dealing with Leonardo would be decidedly easier, especially since he likes both Pjanic and Alex Sandro, with Marotta on the other hand a complicated but not impossible operation could be envisaged: in fact, he too knows well how the Argentine is by now too many, unlike some black and white players (Cuadrado, but also Bentancur) who would definitely be useful for Conte. After all, the need to find a striker at Juve is very strong, in the light of a Higuain now destined to leave Turinregardless of the last year of the contract. Big movements, which risk shifting the balance more than in the past: because money, as everyone knows, is important but by itself it is not enough to bring happiness...
