Milan, Bloomberg: forged bank documents from the Chinese

Il Chinese consortium who should buy the Milan by Silvio Berlusconi would have supplied to Fininvest a falsified financial report. Bloomberg writes it, openly accusing the Asian investors of impropriety who started negotiations on April 25 to become owners of the AC Milan club.

According to the American site, on the opening day of the negotiations, the Chinese presented a document to the Berlusconi family holding company with the stamp of the Bank of Jiangsu, but the same institute would later claim to have never authenticated those pages.

The goal of Chinese investors would have been to boasting a financial solidity that in reality does not exist. Bloomberg's thesis is that the consortium does not yet have all the money to complete the purchase of Milan within the terms set out in the preliminary agreement. According to the financial newspaper, the Chinese are still looking for new lenders and partners.

The masthead is authoritative, but for the moment the news is not confirmed by Fininvest, nor by Sino Europe Sports (the company that represents the consortium of Chinese investors) or by Community (agency that takes care of the communication of the Asian group). On the contrary, the parties claim to still be working to close the operation by 2016

Sources close to Fininvest also point out that the financial solidity of the buyers had been verified by advisors of the same holding through contacts with banks and institutions, and the confirmation of this solidity comes from payment of the 100 million euro down payment (another 420 should arrive by the end of the year).

Meanwhile, last weekend they returned to Italy the same Chinese representatives who had been to Silvio Berlusconi's house in Sardinia in August to sign the preliminary agreement. During the new meetings, some professionals who will join the company were presented, such as the new communications director. Not only that: soon a Chinese delegation will be received in Arcore by President Berlusconi.
