Great praise to Italy from the president of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, for what our country does for migrants. "Italy has saved and saves the honor of Europe and from day one it has done and does everything it can on the migration crisis".
Juncker then lambasted the countries that are not doing their part on immigration and argued that "we must show more solidarity with Italy and Greece, which are not responsible for their geographical position: solidarity is the great absence in Europe and I would like a certain number of Member States to understand that this is about putting into practice the idea of Europe that we have”.
