Microsoft invests 10bn in Russian Silicon Valley

Bill Gates' company has its eyes on the development projects set up in Skolkovo, what for experts will be the Russian Silicon Valley. An investment plan of 10 billion dollars for the research and development of computer software that will employ, for now, more than one hundred computer technicians.

The American software giant Microsoft will invest ten million dollars in R&D, a company based in Skolvovo, the future Russian Silicon Valley, not far from Moscow. It will be a research and development center that will recruit around 100 specialist Information Technology researchers by 2015. 
Microsoft started building its research centers in Stolkovo in 2010, when the company announced the creation of its first research center. The first project to come out of the Microsoft labs is Cloud Numerics, a software released in Russia this spring.
