Micro-enterprises, the Statute under examination by the Chamber

While the Senate is engaged in the budget session, the Chamber is today discussing the law that defines the legal status of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.

The aims include support for the start-up of new businesses, in particular by young people and women, the enhancement of the growth potential, productivity and innovation of businesses, with particular reference to micro-small-medium enterprises , and, finally, the adaptation of public intervention to the needs of small businesses.

Among the economic commissions, still in Montecitorio, the calendar of works of the Finance commission was particularly substantial today: at 16 pm, together with the social affairs commission, the minister of labour, Maurizio Sacconi, will be heard on the issues of tax and welfare reform.

But first the commission will be engaged in examining the draft legislative decree on payment services in the internal market as well as examining the draft ministerial decree concerning the establishment of the tax agency of state monopolies. And with reference to Community acts, the examination of the Green Paper on online gambling in the internal market will continue
