Michael Schumacher returns home

After just under nine months after the accident Michael Schumacher returns home. This was announced by the spokeswoman for the German driver Sabine Kehm. Schumacher, who fell into a coma following a skiing accident on 29 December last, will leave the university clinic in Lausanne to continue his rehabilitation in his villa.

The German Formula 1 legend's condition has improved in recent weeks and months, but, warns Kehm, "there is still a long and difficult road ahead of him". “These – continued Schumi's spokeswoman – are general information and drawing conclusions that the state of health has significantly changed would be false. Furthermore, it will not be necessary to carry out any construction on the land of the Schumacher house”.
