Miart 2020: first edition of the INNSiDE award

The prize worth 8.000 euros will be awarded to the gallery that has proposed the best solo exhibition or the best double solo show during miart 2020.

Il The INNSiDE Award is aimed at those artists who bring the vision of art to major themes such as social inclusion, environmental sustainability, global transformations and new interpretations of the concept of identity.

They are 183 galleries from 20 countries who will participate in myart which will exhibit works by modern masters, established contemporary artists, emerging talents and historicized and experimental designers, thus confirming the vocation of the fair to be a platform for dialogue between modern art, contemporary art and designer design.

The section Established Contemporary will present the personal exhibitions of Nebojsa Despotovic (Boccanera, Trento – Milan), Remo Salvadori (BUILDING, Milan), Imran Qureshi (Corvi-Mora, London), Nicole Gravier (Ermes-Ermes, Vienna), John Chamberlain (Karsten Greve, St. Moritz – Paris – Cologne), Andreas Fogarasi (Federico Luger, Milan), Simon Starling (Franco Noero, Turin), Mounir Fatmi (Workshops of the Image, Milan), Louis Carboni (OTTO Gallery, Milan), Paul Graham (Anthony Reynolds, London), Jody Paulsen (Smac, Cape Town – Johannesburg – Stellenbosch), Allison Zuckerman (Stems, Brussels – Luxembourg) e John Kronenberg (Z2o Sara Zanin, Rome).

The section Established masters will present the personal exhibitions of Charles Ramous (Artesilva, Seregno), Fausta Squatriti (Bianconi Gallery, Milan), Sylvano Bussotti (Clivio Gallery, Parma), Vasco Bendini (Conceptual, Milan), Ferruccio Bortoluzzi (Gomiero, Milan), Grace Varisco (M77, Milan), Nahum Tevet (Maab, Milan – Padua), Matthias Moreni (Il Ponte, Florence) e Lucio Fontana (Robilant+Voena, London – Milan – St. Moritz).

The personal doubles that will be presented in this section include Luigi Veronesi + Franco Grignani (10 AM Art, Milan), Tomas Rajlich + Nanni Valentini (Abc-arte, Genoa), Gianni Pettena + James Wines (Giovanni Bonelli, Milan), Emilio Scanavino + Alik Cavaliere (Copetti Antiquaries, Udine) e Cesare Leonardi + Ugo La Pietra (Antonio Verolino, Modena).
