The Italian independent consultancy firm Methorios Capital spa announces that its shares have been admitted to the MTF Alternext of Paris, operated by Euronext Paris. Methorios Capital is a reference operator in the field of consultancy for corporate finance operations and assistance to global small and medium-sized enterprises. Methorios accompanied companies such as Italian Independent, Go Internet and Leone Film Group among others to the IPO.
The first trading day for the shares will be 17 December 2014 and the reference price will be the closing price of the shares on the AIM Italia – MAC dated 16 December 2014. The transaction was concluded in the form of direct listing without raising capital.
