According to the Air Force weather forecast, Saturday in the North the sky will generally be very cloudy, with widespread showers or thunderstorms that will increase in intensity in the evening, especially in the Triveneto area, where there will also be widespread snowfalls in the Alps and Pre-Alps above 800 metres.
Also on the Center and on Sardinia the sky will be very cloudy, with showers or thunderstorms scattered over the Tyrrhenian sector. The bad weather will particularly affect Lazio, where the storms could even be intense, but should subside by the evening.
Cloudy skies, rain and showers too to the south, where, however, from the evening the conditions should improve.
As for the weather forecast related to Sunday May 5, the Air Force weather service speaks of very cloudy or overcast skies at North part, with widespread and intense showers or thunderstorms, especially on the central-eastern regions and on the Ligurian east, with widespread snowfall on the central-eastern Alps and Pre-Alps and on the Ligurian Apennines above 500 meters and above 200 meters on the Emilian reliefs. From the afternoon, a gradual thinning of the cloud cover is expected in the western regions and a partial attenuation of the phenomena in Liguria, Lombardy and Triveneto.
Al Centro many clouds are expected in the morning over the Tyrrhenian regions, with showers or thunderstorms widespread over the peninsular sector, intense or very intense over upper Tuscany. From late morning the cloudiness should also extend to the Marches, where there will be widespread thunderstorms, intense from the evening.
Finally, for the South, Sunday's weather forecast speaks of compact accumulations on the Tyrrhenian side of Campania, Basilicata, Calabria and Sicily, as well as on the internal areas of Molise, with scattered rains or showers. Clear or partly cloudy skies elsewhere.
