Weather: Bacchus arrives on Friday and summer returns

Da Friday, and for at least six days until Wednesday 12 September, back to thesummer with a new anticyclone, Bacchus (just to make sure you don't miss anything), which will blow hot air from the Azores and North Africa towards the Mediterranean and Italy and then further north, until it touches northern and eastern Europe.

After a week of showers and thunderstorms spread throughout the peninsula, therefore, the heat returns, with temperatures ranging anywhere between 28 and 31 degrees. The risk of a new fierce heat has therefore been averted, with temperatures that will be acceptable especially at night. September, at the height of one of the hottest and driest summers ever, it should be hotter than normal, but mitigated by the presence of some rains.
