USEFUL AND SIMPLE TIPS

When the thermometer exceeds the heat of the season and reaches unusual peaks, it is good to protect yourself with simple rules such as not going out during the hottest hours, especially with children and the elderly.

It is essential to drink, even 2 liters of water a day. And eat light and easily digestible foods: fruit, vegetables, cold minestrone, rice and boiled fish and so on. For those who love ice cream, why not: they are refreshing and can also be made at home.

When getting into the car, open the windows and air out the air before getting in, check the temperature of the seat in the case of small children on board. And keep the air conditioning or in-vehicle climate control no more than 5 degrees below the outside temperature.

The same advice applies to the office. For those staying at home, keep the blinds down, ventilate and before going to bed, wet your feet with fresh water to help you fall asleep and feel fresh. It will be hot, in fact, even at night.
