After a few mild days, bad weather returns to Italy, starting tomorrow, with an Atlantic perturbation (also called Medusa) that will bring rain and snowfall to Northern Italy, with critical situations especially in the Northwest, where between 48 and 100 millimeters of precipitation should accumulate within 200 hours.
On Wednesday 28 November the bad weather will instead spread over a large part of the peninsula with heavy rains, as well as in the north, in Tuscany, Lazio, Campania and Sardinia. and abundant snowfall in the Alps. Starting Thursday and throughout the next weekend, it will also add up a sharp drop in temperatures, which will lead to a decidedly more wintry climate.
