Sometimes you have to do a mental calculation and it's hard to find the solution or you have doubts about whether the result is correct. The use of calculators helps to do more complex calculations, but it reduces the brain's ability to perform simple operations that were previously done quickly and confidently.
Today's exercise develops e power up the ability to perform a mental calculation quickly, increasing concentration skills and mental flexibility.

Mental gymnastics exercise number 39: “The naughty clock”
This week we propose the new exercise “The Naughty Clock” for the column “The Winning Brain” which develops e power up:
- Calculation
- Concentration
- Mental flexibility
- Processing speed
Delivery: The clock display does not go beyond 12.59 and to indicate subsequent times it expresses the hours in minutes.
For example, instead of writing 13.00 it writes 12.60, that is 12 + 60 minutes; instead of 14.15 it writes 12.135 (12 is the hour; 135 is the sum of two hours = 60 + 60 minutes + 15 minutes = 135).
Please convert the following times as quickly as possible:
12.80; 12.120; 12.150; 12.200; 12.265; 12.300; 12.350; 12.395; 12.510; 12.600.
Execution time: 120 seconds.
Score: 10 points for each word.
Traguardo: score 100 points in 120 seconds.
