In January, Mediobanca sold several packages of RCS Mediagroup ordinary shares on the market, for a total of 2,13% of the publishing group's ordinary share capital, collecting over 13,5 million euros.
In all, according to a communication on internal dealing, Piazzetta Cuccia sold 22 packets of RCS Mediagroup ordinary shares on the market between a minimum price of 1,30032 and a maximum of 1,57737 euros.
Mediobanca, according to the latest communications to Consob, appeared to have 14,997% of Rcs in its portfolio.
