Mediaset, the negotiations on partners for Premium make the stock soar on the Stock Exchange

The technical tests of dialogue give wings to the Mediaset Stock Exchange. The number one of the group Pier Silvio Berlusconi told the shareholders he officially confirmed the ongoing negotiations with international groups to expand the shareholding of Mediaset's pay TV. On the plate is the European platform of Mediaset Premium. And the stock runs in Piazza Affari: around 15.30 pm it gains more than 3%

“We are talking. There is no binding agreement signed”, specified Berlusconi jr regarding the rumors about Al Jazeera and the French group Vivendi.

Mediaset has announced that it intends to continue the integration between the group's pay activities in Italy (Mediaset Premium) and those in Spain, where it controls 22% of Digital Plus through Mediaset Espana.

Premium, the manager repeated, "is not for sale", but "having an industrial partner who works with us is something we look favourably". For this there are contacts "with numerous international groups". Pier Silvio Berlusconi does not name names: "there are many options on the table".
